How Tile and Sanitaryware Showrooms Can Help Customers Explore Collections Online
Tile and bath showrooms hold hundreds of options. This guide shows how to turn display walls and bathroom sets into a 360° tour linked to SKUs and quote requests.

Tile and bathroom showrooms hold a huge range on walls, in cut samples and in complete room sets. Customers compare finishes, sizes and fittings, often over several visits. A 360° tour lets them see the displays first and arrive with a shortlist.
Display walls and room sets
Photograph your key display walls and fitted bathroom sets as scenes. Walls show range; sets show how products work together. Link them so visitors can move between sections, and consider a floor plan if the showroom is large.
Linking looks to SKUs
Customers see a finish they like and need the details to ask for it. Tag the tile or fitting in the scene and link it to a catalogue product with its SKU, size and finish. A visitor who taps it gets the information they need to request exactly that item.
CSV catalogues for large ranges
Entering hundreds of products by hand is impractical, so Immersiq supports CSV import. The import validates the file first and applies nothing if a row has a problem, and rows with a matching SKU update the existing product. The import and export guide lists the columns, including specification columns for size and finish.
Quote requests
Visitors can save several products to a shortlist and send them in a single enquiry. For contractors and homeowners planning a project, a SKU-based list is more useful to your team than a vague message.
Screens and true colour
Tile colour and texture do not reproduce exactly on screens, and lighting in a showroom differs from a home. Say so, and invite customers to see physical samples before ordering.
Limits
- Coverage and quantity calculators are not included.
- Each hotspot links to one product; use variants for sizes or finishes of the same product.
- You do not need to tag every tile on a wall. Tag the ones you want customers to open.
