Privacy Policy

Immersiq (“we”) provides tools for businesses to publish interactive 360° showroom tours. This page explains what data the service handles.

Account holders (businesses)

• Name and email address, used to sign you in with one-time codes and to send account and security emails.
• Business details, products, panoramas and floor plans you upload. Photos are re-encoded and metadata such as EXIF location is removed.
• Optional marketing consent is stored separately; account and security emails are not marketing.
• Security logs: a one-way hash of your IP address and browser details for session and abuse protection, and an audit log of sensitive actions.

Visitors to a tour

• Browsing a tour requires no account. We do not set advertising cookies.
• If you send an enquiry we store the name, email, optional phone, your message, the products you selected and the scene you were viewing, with your consent, and share them with the business that published the tour.
• Your shortlist is kept only in your browser’s local storage.

Cookies

Signed-in users receive a session cookie and a CSRF token cookie. Both are strictly necessary for security.

Your choices

Signed-in account holders can download their data and delete their account from Account settings; deletion takes effect after a 14-day grace period. To ask about access, correction or deletion, or anything else in this policy, email sales@xigmapro.com.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not receive or store your card number; we keep records of payments and subscription status.
