By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your content

You own the photographs, product information and other content you upload and you confirm you have the right to publish it. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability and specifications shown to visitors.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
• No attempts to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.

Floor plans

Floor plans marked “illustrative” are approximate and are not architectural drawings.

Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, at the prices shown on the pricing page. You can cancel from Billing and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a plan ends, your workspace becomes read-only and your content is kept. For billing questions or refund requests, email sales@xigmapro.com.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will not silently delete your data if a subscription lapses.
