How Car Dealerships Can Showcase Vehicles with Virtual Tours
Car buyers research before they visit. This guide shows how a dealership can tour its showroom floor online, tag display models and take test-drive enquiries.

Most car buyers do research long before they visit a dealership. Online listings cover individual vehicles, but they say little about the showroom: what is on the floor, how it is arranged and what the visit will be like. A 360° tour fills that gap.
What buyers do before visiting
They compare models, read specifications and look for reassurance that the dealership has what they want to see. They often phone to ask what is on display. A tour can answer that question before the call.
Tour the showroom floor
Photograph the floor as one or more 360° scenes, plus areas like reception, delivery and service if you want them shown. Arrange vehicles as you want them seen and clear the clutter. If a particular model is worth a closer look, you can also add its interior as a separate scene if you photograph it as a panorama.
Models, variants and specifications
Add each display model to the catalogue and tag it in the scene. Variants can list trims or colours, and specifications hold the key details. Keep pricing and availability out unless you can keep them accurate; leaving them blank and inviting an enquiry is a legitimate choice.
Test-drive enquiries
A visitor can send an enquiry that includes the model they were viewing. Your team sees the model of interest and can follow up about a test drive. Scheduling is handled by your team; Immersiq does not book appointments.
Keeping it honest
- The tour shows what was on the floor when you photographed it, not live stock. Re-shoot or update when the display changes.
- Immersiq does not sync with inventory systems. Bulk catalogue changes can be made by CSV.
- It is not a finance or valuation tool.
