For a small business, digitising a showroom can sound like a large project. It does not need to be. The sensible approach is to start small, learn from real use and expand.

Start small: one tour, key products

Begin with one tour covering your best areas, and tag your most important products rather than the whole range. A short, polished tour is more useful than a sprawling unfinished one. You can add scenes and products later, within your plan's limits.

A realistic first-week plan

  • Day 1: Decide which areas and products to include. Read the requirements.
  • Day 2: Tidy and style the space. See preparing your showroom.
  • Day 3: Photograph the scenes and check the files.
  • Day 4: Upload scenes, connect them and enter or import key products.
  • Day 5: Tag products, preview on your phone, fix problems the Publish tab flags.
  • Day 6–7: Publish, then share the link on your website and messages.

The timing is an illustration, not a promise. It depends on the size of the space and how ready your product data is.

DIY versus managed setup

Doing it yourself keeps costs down and teaches you the tool, which makes later updates easy. If you lack time or confidence with photography, our managed setup service builds the first tour for you. Either way, the result is yours to edit and update. Current plan details are on the pricing page.

Keeping it up to date

Showrooms change. When a display changes, replace the affected scene instead of rebuilding the tour, and update product details as needed. Then press Update live tour. Visitors only see the version you last published.

What to expect and what not to

A tour helps customers understand your space and range before visiting, and gives them an easy way to enquire. It does not guarantee more sales, and it does not replace seeing samples. Treat it as one more way for customers to find and trust you.
