Understanding analytics

We count tour opens, scene views, hotspot and product interactions, shortlist saves and enquiries. We use no cookies and store no IP addresses. Unique visitors are an approximation: a daily-rotating anonymous hash, so the same person on different days counts again. Event counts are exact recorded counts. Data older than the retention period (default 180 days) is deleted.
