Shooting good 360° panoramas
- Use a 360° camera or a phone/DSLR with a panoramic head, then stitch to a full equirectangular image. Don't crop it.
- Keep the camera at a consistent height (about eye level) and on a tripod.
- Light the space evenly; avoid strong backlight from windows.
- Shoot one panorama per distinct area, with an overlap of visible landmarks so customers can orient themselves.
- Remove clutter and anything you don't want customers to see; the viewer shows everything.
