Plans, trials and billing

New workspaces start with a free trial. You can upgrade or switch plans from Billing; your plan changes once the payment provider confirms payment. Cancel keeps your plan until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails there is a short grace period. When a plan expires your workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted and published tours stay online, but you can't add or edit content until you choose a plan.
