How AI credits work

  • AI actions (descriptions, translation, SEO, catalogue suggestions, lead summaries, visitor Q&A) use credits; the cost of each is shown before you use it.
  • Credits come from your plan allowance first (it resets each billing cycle and doesn't roll over), then purchased top-ups.
  • A failed AI request is refunded in full.
  • AI output is a suggestion. Nothing changes on your products until you review and approve it, and the AI only uses facts already in your data.
  • Visitor Q&A is optional per tour and answers only from your published products.
